Updates will not load in Windows 7

Hi, please run the Windows Explorer and go to the folder "C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\" and copy the file "CBS.log" to your document folder (otherwise you can't open it) and open it with notepad. What is the error code or error message? What is the symptom? There are plenty of KB articles for Windows Update issues.
